Waterproof valve block damaged.
Phenomenon and reasons:
After the waterproof valve block is damaged, a large amount of hydraulic oil will appear in the washing room, and oil can be directly seen leaking from the drainage port of the waterproof valve block leading to the washing room.
Emergency elimination methods:
1. Simply remove and clean the overflow valve of the waterproof valve;
2. If the waterproof valve is installed with an inlet ball valve, simply close the inlet ball valve tightly;
3. For pump trucks without installed waterproof valves and inlet ball valves, it is necessary to use oil pipe plugs to block the inlet pipe of the waterproof valve. (Note: The drain outlet of the waterproof valve must not be blocked to avoid damaging the head of the main oil cylinder.)
