Inspection of lubricating oil
1.Pay attention to observing that the oil level here should not be lower than A-A every day to prevent the automatic grease pump from sucking out;
2. Regularly observe the pressure gauge of the grease pump. When the pressure gauge pointer exceeds 2Mpa, it indicates that the lubrication point is blocked and should be promptly eliminated.
Special Reminder: When adding lubricating grease, maintain the cleanliness of the grease box and use lubricating grease produced by reputable manufacturers. It is strictly prohibited for any dirt (such as wood chips, paper scraps, etc.) to enter the lubrication system.
● In summer, the “00” non-polar pressure semi fluid lithium based grease type is used
● In winter, use “000” type lithium grease
The hazards of using inferior lithium based grease:
● Easy to block the filter screen of the lubricating oil pump;
● Accelerate the wear of the S-tube size bearing, mixing shaft sleeve, and related seals inside the hopper.
Attention: After each concrete pumping is completed, clean lubricating grease flows out from the empty pump to the four lubrication points.
Daily inspection of mixing motor
Check if the sealing component of the mixing motor leaks slurry during daily work.
Special reminder: It is strictly prohibited to package the mixing motor.
