When the pump truck is working, the hydraulic oil steel pipe cracks, causing hydraulic oil leakage and making pumping impossible.
Emergency elimination methods:
Remove the oil steel pipe from the construction site, chamfer and polish the cracked area with a grinding wheel, and then ask a senior welder at the construction site to perform repair welding (if there is a DC welding machine on the construction site, try to use a DC welding machine). After the repair welding is completed, clean the debris inside the oil steel pipe before installing it.
