Concrete pump truck malfunction:
When the concrete pump truck is working, the insurance FU4 is always damaged.
Phenomenon and reasons:
PLC controls the concrete pump truck. When FU4 is replaced and powered on during operation, the concrete pump truck will burn out, indicating a short circuit in line 38. After the FU4 insurance is damaged, it will cause the concrete pump truck to have no power supply installed, making the concrete pump truck unable to work.
Emergency elimination methods:
Remove all wires 38, 43, and 45 from the wiring terminals of the electrical control cabinet, and then install fuses. Connect the newly removed wires one by one, and install the fuse on the burnt wire to indicate a fault in the circuit. Install all remaining wires and test the machine. If it does not affect normal pumping, pump the concrete first.
