Concrete pump truck malfunction:
Constant pressure pump truck, low reversing pressure.
Phenomenon and reasons:
When the pump truck is working, the reversing pressure is low, causing the S pipe to swing weakly and difficult to pump.
1. Improper pressure regulation of constant pressure pump;
2. The overflow valve of the constant pressure pump is damaged;
3. The constant pressure pump is damaged.
Emergency elimination methods:
1. Tighten the constant pressure adjustment screw of the constant pressure pump inward to increase the pressure;
2. Remove the overflow valve of the constant pressure pump, fix it with short screws, and directly install the solenoid valve onto the main valve block. (Short screws can be disassembled and assembled on other solenoid valves on the construction site)
3. Adjust the constant pressure adjusting screw of the constant pressure pump inward to the maximum, so that the pressure can swing the cylinder normally. After pumping the concrete, replace the constant pressure pump immediately.
