Concrete piston eccentric wear.
Phenomenon and reasons:
1. The concrete piston has early wear and uneven wear, and the damaged parts are in the same position;
2. The delivery cylinder has a different axis from the main oil cylinder during installation, resulting in eccentric wear of the concrete piston;
Emergency elimination methods:
Due to limited on – site conditions, there are no professional instruments for measuring coaxiality, so emergency measures can only be taken first.
Install a new set of concrete pistons, then loosen all six pull – rod nuts that fix the conveying cylinder, and perform ten pumping operations. Tighten the loosened nuts according to the torque requirements. The coaxiality and eccentricity are not large, which can be adjusted accordingly. If the eccentricity is severe, then only specialized instruments can be used to adjust the coaxiality.
