Outrigger operation precautions:
1. The outriggers must be kept at a safe distance from pits, slopes, ditches, excavations and other machines.
2. Minimum distance A from the slope: (see the figure below)
a. Outrigger pressure≤ 12t， A=1m;
b.Outrigger pressure> 12t， A=2m;
3. Regardless of the ground conditions, the supporting ground must be level, and a horizontal supporting surface must be made if necessary, and it cannot be supported on a cavity.
4. When the ground sinks severely, the boom must be folded up immediately and the outriggers must be re-padded before operation.
5. The width indicator lights must be turned on during construction at night( turning on the chassis headlights, and the width indicator lights will be turned on).
6. The boom must be fully folded and the boom in-position travel switch must be pressed down before the outriggers can move.
Proximity control outrigger deployment operation:
1. Once the Sany X-type outrigger concrete pump truck position is successfully switched，switch the” near/ remote control” button on the outrigger operation box to the near control state.
2. Check whether there is an”Emergency Stop”alarm signal on the display screen, if there is, then all the emergency stop switches must be reset, a total of 4.( ①②On the outrigger control valves on both sides, ③On the rear outrigger operation box, ④On the main function operation box under the boom support).
3. Clear any obstacles within the outrigger movement range and open all outrigger safety locks.
