ISUZU chassis concrete pump truck cab tipping operation
Preparation before tipping :
1. Put the gear lever in the neutral position and pull up the handbrake, otherwise the automatic tipping device will fail to self-lock.
2. Check whether items in the cab are properly placed to prevent them from falling and damaging the windshield when the cab tips over.
3. Check whether the left and right doors of the cab are tightly closed and make sure there are no people or obstacles within the cab’s rollover range to avoid safety accidents during the cab’s rollover.
Cab tipping device：
Cab rising operation (automatic/manual)：
1. Move the transfer handle from the LOWERED position to the RISING position.
2. Automatic operation: Press the pump auxiliary switch button and the cab rises.
3. Manual operation: Hand-operated the control valve and the cab rises.
Cab lowering operation (automatic/manual)：
1. Move the transfer handle to the lowered position.
2. Automatic operation: Pull out the self-locking handle, press the pump auxiliary switch button, and the cab lowers.
3. Manual operation: Poll out the self-locking handle, hand-operated the control valve, and the cab lowers.
Tips: The manual tipping operation of the cab, because the tipping speed is slow, is generally used when the automatic tipping fails (such as: the auxiliary switch of the electric pump is damaged, the battery is out of power, etc.).
