MERCEDES-BENZ chassis concrete pump truck cab tipping operation
Preparation before tipping:
1. Check whether the gear lever is in the neutral position and the handbrake is pulled out, otherwise the automatic tipping device will fail to self-lock.
2. Check whether items in the cab are properly placed to prevent them from falling and damaging the windshield when the cab tips over.
3. Make sure there are no people or obstacle within the cab’s rollover range, and check whether the left and right doors of the cab are tightly closed to avoid safety accidents during the cab’s rollover.
Cab tipping device:
Cab raising operation:
1. Shift the lift valve stem to the ascending position
2. Install the rocker together with the wheel combination wrench (in the vehicle tool kit) onto the flip pump operating valve, operate the wheel wrench back and forth, and the cab rises.
Cab lowering operation：
1. Shift the lift valve stem to the lower position
2. Install the rocker together with the wheel combination wrench (in the vehicle tool kit) onto the flip pump operating valve, and operate the wheel wrench back and forth, and the cab will be lowered.
