After the front and rear outriggers are supported, the front and rear wheels of the chassis must be checked for ground contact and levelness. If they do not meet the requirements, the outriggers must be operated again until they are qualified.
One-side support outrigger
● When the space is limited, you can use the outriggers to support one side.
● Open all the outriggers in the direction of the boom deployment and prop them up, and directly prop up the outriggers on the other side. At this time, the allowable rotation angle of the boom is 120° on the side where the outriggers of the pump truck are deployed.
Proximity control outrigger folding operation：
1.Switch the”near/ remote control”button on the outrigger operation box to the near control state.
2.Check whether the boom is fully folded; whether there is an “emergency stop” alarm message on the display screen; and whether there are any obstacles within the folding range of the outriggers.
3.Operate the outrigger operating valve handle to lower the rear outriggers on both sides ( take the right rear outrigger operation as an example).
4.Operate the outrigger operating valve handle to lower the front outriggers on both sides (take the right rear outrigger operation as an example).
5.Operate the outrigger operating valve handle to fold the front and rear outriggers on both sides (take the right outrigger operating valve as an example).
6.After the four outriggers are fully folded, the outrigger safety lock must be activated to prevent the outriggers from swinging out during driving and causing safety accidents.
