Concrete pump truck malfunction:
Double gear pump truck, low pressure in the reversing system, no force in the swing of the S pipe.
Phenomenon and reasons:
The directional pressure is too low, and at this time, the directional pressure will swing below 14Mpa, causing the S pipe to swing weakly and making concrete pumping difficult.
1. Main overflow leakage or damage;
2. Internal leakage or damage of gear pump.
3. The pressure of the accumulator airbag is insufficient or leaking.
Emergency elimination methods:
1. Swap the mixing overflow valve with the reversing overflow valve;
2. Swap the two outlet pressure oil pipes of the dual gear pump;
3. Place a nitrogen cylinder on the vehicle, inflate it, and replace the airbag after pumping the concrete.
