When the pump truck is working, the main oil cylinder changes direction less frequently (less than the normal value of 4 times or more), resulting in slow concrete delivery speed.
1. Improper constant power adjustment of the main oil pump;
2. A pump truck with two main oil pumps, one of which is not working;
Emergency elimination methods:
1. Turn the regulating rod of the constant power valve of the main oil pump clockwise to increase the constant power of the oil pump;
2. Remove the proportional plug of one of the oil pumps and check if the displacement has changed. If there is no change, it indicates that the oil pump is not working (adjust the constant power valve of the oil pump inward and increase the oil pump); The displacement has increased significantly, indicating that the oil pump is functioning properly;
