Concrete pump truck malfunction:
The main oil cylinder changes direction very slowly.
Phenomenon and reasons:
When the pump truck pumps concrete or when it is empty, the main oil cylinder crawls and changes direction about twice per minute.
1. Damaged Darlington transistor on circuit board;
2. Loose electric proportional plug or oxidized electric proportional coil terminal;
3. PLC output point Q0.0 is damaged
Emergency elimination methods:
1. Connect the output of the electric control cabinet from line 20 to line 40. At this time, the working displacement of the pump truck is at its maximum displacement and cannot be reduced. When a small displacement pump is needed, change the low-pressure pumping state to high-pressure pumping state (if there is a blockage in the high-pressure pumping, immediately reverse the pump and use a low-pressure positive pump, otherwise it will cause the pipe clamp to burst).
2. Remove the proportional plug of the main oil pump and check for any open circuit or oxidation;
3. The PLC output point is damaged, and the same handling method as a is used.
