Phenomenon and reasons:
During low-pressure pumping, the main oil cylinder changes direction very quickly, causing the concrete piston to not be in place during operation, resulting in low directional pressure and inability to pump.
1. The plug-in valve in the high-pressure area is damaged;
2. The main oil cylinder seal is damaged
Emergency elimination methods:
1. Switch the pumping state from low-pressure pumping to high-pressure pumping;
2. Switch to high pressure state, and when the stroke of the main cylinder becomes shorter, immediately perform a reverse operation of the main cylinder to extend the stroke of the main cylinder, and then proceed with pumping. After pumping the concrete, replace the main oil cylinder seal.
