Concrete pump truck malfunction:
The legs cannot be retracted after being opened.
Phenomenon and reasons:
After the pumping operation is completed, the extended legs cannot be retracted. Or during pumping operations, the hydraulic lock supporting the oil cylinder may be accidentally hit, causing the leg oil cylinder to leak oil or fail to retract.
1. The leg deployment cylinder is leaking inside;
2. The hydraulic lock of the support leg is damaged.
Emergency elimination methods:
1. The inability to retract the support legs caused by internal leakage of the oil cylinder controlling the extension and retraction of the support legs can be achieved by removing the hydraulic lock of the oil cylinder controlling the extension and retraction of the support legs on the construction site, removing the oil inlet pipe, and then manually pushing the support legs back; Or remove the pin shaft of the leg cylinder and manually push the leg back.

2. The hydraulic lock of the oil cylinder is damaged by collision, causing oil leakage. The first thing that will be damaged is the screw that fixes the hydraulic lock. You can remove the screws that fix the hydraulic lock on the oil cylinder, then take out the screws that are broken in the installation hole of the oil cylinder, and reinstall the screws (if there are no screws on the construction site, you can remove one screw from each of the hydraulic locks on the other three legs and install them).
