Emergency elimination methods:
1. The emergency stop of the concrete pump truck controlled by PLC is normally closed control. First, check whether the emergency stop switch has been pressed and not reset, and whether the wiring of the switch is loose. You can remove the 43rd and 45th lines from the wiring terminal at the bottom of the electrical control cabinet, and connect the 43rd and 45th lines directly with wires inside the electrical control cabinet to troubleshoot the emergency stop fault;
2. The emergency stop of the concrete pump truck controlled by SYMC is normally open control. After an emergency stop occurs, first check whether all the emergency stop switches installed on the concrete pump truck have been pressed and not reset! If there is no problem with the switch, you can cut the B112 wire inside the electrical control cabinet.
