Phenomenon and reasons:
Concrete pistons have a short service life and uniform wear during the use of pump trucks.
1. Insufficient addition of clean water in the delivery cylinder caused the piston to hydrolyze due to high temperature;
2. The lubrication points of the two concrete pistons on the delivery cylinder do not produce oil or produce oil in opposite directions, resulting in a lack of lubrication for the concrete pistons;
3. The delivery cylinder is strained.
Emergency elimination methods:
Do not install the dust ring of the concrete piston, so that water can fully lubricate the concrete piston.
