Maintenance of concrete sealing body
1.Before each concrete pumping, the washing room should be filled with clean tap water. When the external temperature is below 30 degrees, about one-third of the waste hydraulic oil can be added to improve the lubrication effect of the concrete piston.
2.Keep the washing room clean and do not allow any dirt to accumulate, otherwise it may cause damage to the main oil cylinder, oil cylinder piston rod, and conveying cylinder.
The hazards of not replacing the concrete sealing body in a timely manner
1.Failure to replace the concrete piston in a timely manner can easily strain the conveying cylinder;
2.If the concrete piston is not replaced in a timely manner, there will be a large amount of mortar in the washing room, which can easily damage the main oil cylinder piston rod and seal, causing oil leakage and pollution of the hydraulic system, leading to an increase in hydraulic failures.

The best time to replace the concrete sealing body is when the water in the washing room is extremely turbid and there is mortar leakage during pumping.
